this is the exciting roller coaster ride we always watched on TV. But I was down on luck that day because this particular attraction was down! Boo hoo...
We went treasure hunting and look what I've found??? Dozens of jewels and pearl necklaces! Yippie!
Unlike the normal teacup ride we bypassed in amusement parks, this one here is a giant beer barrel!

Shihlin Night Market - 士林夜市
The famous oyster cake. Though I've never watched Show's latest drama 'Corner of Love', but there are plenty of Corner o Love posters around the stall. Reason being Show had learn his culinary from the boss here.
My favourite dish of the day - Guan Cai Ban 棺材板! Gosh just looking at the pictures above is causing me to drool...
I love the fruit ice here. They added lotsa fresh fruits onto the snow ice. I doubt I would be able to find similar dish in Singapore. By the way this stall is famous for celebrities too. I recalled spotting Rainie Yang's picture on the wall.
The luo mi sausage (the one in white) is definitely a must try should you visit Shihlin NM.

Soon after we filled our empty stomach with scrumptious meal, we gone shopping at the second part of Shihlin NM. It was raining heavily before that and was still drizzling when our shopping spree kicked off, thus, it kinda dampen the usual buzzing atmosphere.
