Day 2 in Taiwan (Mon - Jun 25 '07)

Initially we assumed that our planned itinerary for today would be unlax, however it turned out not to be so. We'd spent hours and hours winding in and out of Taipei Main Station just to get to the famous houchezan 後車站. Alas, it certainly isn't worth the drops of sweat we've shed and the hours spent on searching for it. Nobody gave a proper direction and the accessories ain't cheap either. We could have left early to catch the brilliant sunset at Fisherman's Wharf instead =(

KTV Cashbox 錢櫃
The picture above is the grand entrance to KTV Cashbox @ XMD. It looks like we're entering a hotel lobby, isn't it? However, this is the lobby of Cashbox @ XMD, which consists of eleven-storey in total!

We had lunch buffet. The buffet was grand and there's a restroom in each of the KTV room. One word - COOL!

Being a first-timer, St suggested we settled our dinner on Claypot smelly beancurd. I agreed immediately. I thought she would enjoy but she almost puke at the taste of it. It tasted like pungent sewage, St said. -.-'' Miss St indirectly killed my appetite.

EE Hostel Room

After a tiresome day, we're so glad to be back at our room. 'Home sweet home'
Was ST digging gold? oh well I couldn't really be bothered with her anyway as I was way beyond exhaustion!

Oh and before I bid good-bye as of now, I'll show you a glimpse of the neighborhood we had been living for the past six days at Taipei.
Ta-da, it comes along with ST's luscious backview, with no strings attached =P
