Okay so there were similar incidents which occurred simultaneously and I had repeatedly made the same embarrassing mistakes. Whenever I received international calls from my parents, it stated as 'unknown' on my cellphone.

Once, I received an unknown call a couple months ago and I was like "Hello?" The person on the other line said "Hello." A deep voice which sounded like either my dad or my brother.

"Papa ah?"
He replied, "Papa? No."
"Orhhh Didi ah?"
"Hahahaha No...."

It turned out to be MC who were calling from Singapore.

The second time which happened a couple weeks ago.......

"Hello?"
"Hello." a male voice.
I knew it was my brother so my Singlish and the accent blurted out instinctively, "Didi ahhh? Aiyo Didi, jiejie missed you leh...."
"Wahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!" he burst out laughing, "I'm not your didi! Why are you always mistaken me for you dad or your brother?"

It was MC again... damn the unknown call.

The third time which happened today just several minutes ago.

"Hello?" I said. Well my cell had bad reception so I couldn't hear the person on the other line. "Papa ah? Papa? Hello? Hello? I had bad reception so I can't hear you..." Well I hung up on him since I couldn't even hear his voice.
After a while my cell sounded again and I picked it up.
"Helloo?"
"Hey..."
"Wait who is this?" I had asked though I'm very well aware that it's not any of my family members but someone whom I would least expected to hear from.
"I'm not your dad..." he said.

Okay this time it wasn't from MC. It was a call from Taiwan. Who would be such a fool to have made a mistake thrice in a row =.='' Blame that damn UNKNOWN calls!!!
